I have had a few root canal treatments performed by Dr Christopher Ross over the years and I can’t recommend him enough. I have a low tolerance for dental pain and I’ve not felt any pain during any of my root canal treatments.

He uses only state of the art technology and explains what he is doing every step of the way. He is very thorough in his technique. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Personally, I will not go anywhere else for a root canal and always refer friends/family to him.

Dr. Ross and his staff are lovely. I feel comfortable and well cared for by each of them. The new location is easy to find, plenty of parking, and the office looks amazing.

It was my first time there for my root canal. The Staff was super friendly and so helpful. Dr. Ross was wonderful. He explained every step of the procedure he was doing. He was very caring and made you feel so comfortable.

I’m not sure how long it took, but I haven’t felt an ounce of pain since I left 6 hours ago. If you ever need a root canal, Dr. Ross is the best…and so is his staff.

I was referred to Dr. Ross and his team after suffering with complications from an old root canal that was not done properly. I was expecting some significant pain and issues from a re-do root canal and can honestly say that I was not looking forward to the procedure(s) that would be needed to repair my tooth/jaw.

As soon as I met Dr. Ross and his Dental Assistant extraordinaire, Joanne, I was immediately put at ease. Dr. Ross ordered a specific 3D CT scan that showed exactly what needed to be done to help to restore the bone loss I had suffered as a result of the old work. He explained the images and everything in great detail so that I could make an informed decision. The office space is sparkling clean, all COVID protocols are followed and the staff allows for extra time in case it’s needed so you never feel that they are rushing through their work. I sense that Dr. Ross is a perfectionist and that, in itself, is a pleasure to witness. He has state of the art equipment to ensure that the work is done to his high expectations. Most of all, both he and Joanne exude a compassion and confidence that immediately puts you at ease – even though no one really looks forward to a root canal.

They are gentle, thorough, considerate of the time spent in the chair and most of all – my two procedures to repair my infected root canal were absolutely painless. Kudos to Dr. Ross, Joanne and the team at Westford Endodontics for their professionalism. I highly recommend them for your care – and don’t be afraid. You’ll be in excellent hands.

I was very nervous for root canal treatment due to lots of dental trauma and being fearful that I wouldn’t be able to be given enough anesthesia due to pregnancy. Not only was I sufficiently numb and the procedure painless, but Dr. Ross and his team were beyond kind and understanding of my concerns and quelled all my anxiety. I hope I never need another root canal but if I do, I know where I’ll go!

Can’t say enough about Dr Ross and his staff. I had a root canal performed and the process was entirely painless from start to finish. I would highly recommend this office for anyone in need of a root canal.

I have had a few root canals performed by Dr. Ross. The first time I went in, I was so scared because of other people’s experiences with different dentists. Let me tell you, Dr. Ross is the best in his field. I felt nothing from start to finish. Let’s just say he’s so good, I even had one done on my lunch hour and went back to work. Highly recommend.

So thankful for the consult I received at this office. The waiting room is quite small but the kind staff was very welcoming and clearly knows their clients well, as they were asking other patients personal questions and chatting about their families in a very familiar way.

Dr Ross was kind enough to see me next day for a root canal evaluation for a very painful molar I was having issues with. He was kind and honest enough to say that while he certainly COULD do a root canal for me, that it would probably not last and it would be much less expensive and more advantageous for me to simply get it pulled. He took his time explaining this to me, spent close to twenty minutes giving me recommendations for an oral surgeon and his rationale for not having me do the procedure at his office. I was so thankful for his honesty in not trying to get me in for what would have been a $1500 procedure and an additional heavy charge trying to get fitted for a crown.

This office is warm, welcoming, and the staff were incredible in the way they alleviated my nerves and took care of me. They will be moving locations soon due to their office building being bought out, and I hope I have no need of endodontic work anytime soon again, but if I do I would certainly return to this practice if I do.

Dr. Ross and his team are top notch. I have to admit I was nervous heading in for a root canal but the experience was painless from start to finish. Dr. Ross and his team made sure I was aware of everything being done and explained what was happening along the way. He was very thorough throughout the process and made me feel very relaxed. In the end I felt a bit foolish for being so nervous when I walked in the door. Easy breezy!

Recently had my first-ever root canal with Dr. Ross. Root canals have a bad rap, so I was ready for the worst but it was completely painless. Everyone at the office was super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about the care I received here. I have been calling all endodontic centers my dentist recommended but no one was flexible to accommodate me immediately. I m so glad I found Dr. Ross. The entire staff is so friendly and pleasant, not to mention Dr. Ross is very kind and explains to you every bit of the process. This was my first time here. I was treated by Dr. Ross for a re-do root canal, and that is not an easy procedure. I will start mentioning the front desk that was friendly, and the dental assistant that was amazingly caring and helpful. I couldn’t feel more comfortable and confident I was in the right endodontist office.

About Dr. Ross, he is a friendly and caring dentist who goes above and beyond to save a tooth and avoid extraction. He is so knowledgeable and experienced, so he explained to me why the failure of the first root canal, and how he planed to treat to save it. He did a great job saving the tooth and internally whitening the darkness, because that was one of my concerns. Dr. Ross and his assistant work really well during the long procedure, and even manages to make you laugh a few times, on a dental chair!

Overall I had a great experience, beautiful and clean office, NO PAIN, great staff and BEST anesthesia EVER!

Who raves about a root canal?!? Dr Ross and his staff showed so much care and compassion and made my 2 root canals completely painless. I was very anxious when I first sat in the chair, but Dr. Ross and his team immediately put my mind at ease. Dr. Ross continued to check in with me throughout the procedures to ensure I was okay and I was not feeling any pain.

The office is clean, bright, and all of the staff are caring and professional. No one wants a root canal. but if you have to have one, Westford Endodontic Care should be the first call.

Everyone in the office is so kind. Dr Ross is excellent at explaining everything that is happening and what he is going to do. They were able to squeeze me in last minute before the weekend to treat a painful tooth and made it all look easy. Thank you all so much!!

I highly recommend Dr.Ross’s office. I drove out of state to continue care with him and his team. I was super nervous to get a root canal while pregnant, but thankfully he recognized that my last filling was a hot mess, and it wasn’t time for the procedure yet. Had I gone to another endodontist, who wasn’t so thorough, they might have just given me the root canal. I’m so glad that my baby wasn’t exposed to the stress of an unnecessary procedure.

When I eventually do need the root canal I will be sure to come back here. In the meantime, he was able to fix my jaw pain and headaches in a few minutes, and I can now chew on both sides again. Dr.Ross clearly cares for his patients and has the expertise to really deliver excellent care.

I had a root canal recently and heard horror stories about this procedure but with Dr. Ross all that anxiety went away. He is gentle and has a compassionate approach. He was open and had honest discussions with with me to thoroughly educate me about procedures and techniques. It went great.

Would give 6 stars if possible. Was in horrible pain for a week and couldn’t get anyone to see me. Called Dr Ross’s office and they went out of their way to see me that same day, they were even able to solve the problem and immediately sent me across the street to the oral surgeon for the needed molar extraction. Forever grateful for their help getting me out of that horrible pain. They could not have been nicer or more helpful, especially on such short notice. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Just wanted to say I had my first visit today to see Dr. Chris for a root canal. He was amazing. Very thorough explaining everything. During the whole visit he explained everything he was doing, even tho since I’m not in the profession it didn’t mean much, but it’s the point that he did this that counts. He did not rush through the visit, and I never felt rushed like he wanted you in and out. I expect the second visit will be just as good. So if you’re in the need for a root canal I’d suggest Dr. Chris. Office staff very friendly as well.

Just had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Ross. He was gentle, calm, efficient and explained every step as he went. His technician, Mary, put me at ease and the whole procedure was painless and as quick as this type of thing can be. Highly recommended!

To say I was petrified is an understatement but the minute I walked into the Dr Ross office I felt calmer..Thank you to the staff for being so nice and thank you Dr. Ross for getting me through a “ROOT CANAL” with NO pain..I’m sold.. no one should show up at any dentist office other than Westford Endidontics for any root canal problems…AND the office is occupying the same space I worked in for 29 years when it was Justin McCarthy PC law office….whataday…
